Privacy Statement

The privacy policy applies to all personal data that THE REGENERATIVE LABS processes from all its supporters, relations and other interested parties.

If you become a supporter of THE REGENERATIVE LABS or provide personal data to THE REGENERATIVE LABS for other reasons, you expressly give consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We advise you to read the privacy policy and keep it for your own records.

Responsible for the processing of the personal data is:

2. Which data does THE REGENERATIVE LABS process for which purpose?

2.1 In the context of your support, the following personal data is processed:

  • company name
  • address details and any postal address
  • phone numbers, email addresses, contacts
  • social media accounts

2.2 THE REGENERATIVE LABS processes the personal data referred to in 2.1 for the following purposes:

  • your name, address, telephone number and email address will be used to contact you about your support and cancellation thereof, invoicing and requested information by you or information to be followed up to you.
  • your data will be used to send invitations and information about services and activities of THE REGENERATIVE LABS.

2.3 In the context of relationship management (if you are not a supporter), the following personal data will be processed:

  • Company name
  • Contact person
  • Email address

2.4 Use of your data after the end of the agreement

Your data will be used up to one year after the end of the agreement to ask you about your experiences with THE REGENERATIVE LABS and to inform you about the developments of THE REGENERATIVE LABS. THE REGENERATIVE LABS uses your name and email address to send you information about its activities, invitations and other interesting information. You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.

Recordings at events

We plan to make video recordings at some of our events, mainly of the speakers. Audience members may also be recognizable. Recordings may be published on our website, regenerativelabs.org. When we plan to record an event, we say so on the event page and ask for your agreement in the registration form. You can withdraw your agreement at any time; section 4 explains how to reach us.

3. Security Measures and Processors

Website analytics

With your permission, we collect pseudonymous browsing statistics to understand which content is useful: pages visited, referring website hostname, device category, approved campaign labels, active viewing time and scroll depth. We do not use browser fingerprinting or store raw IP addresses in these analytics records. Browsing records are not linked to your name or email.

You can decline or withdraw analytics permission through Privacy choices at the bottom of the page. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are checked when the page opens and when you choose permission. Refusing analytics does not prevent you from using the website. Submitted registrations, completed community joins and enquiries are counted separately as aggregate operational results; a registration submission does not confirm payment.

Analytics are stored with our website hosting provider, Lovable Cloud, and are accessible only to authorised administrators. Detailed browsing data is retained for 90 days and aggregate reports for 24 months by default; administrators can adjust these periods. Anonymous browser identifiers are used only with permission. Daily reports contain aggregate statistics, not named browsing histories.

3.1 To protect your personal data, THE REGENERATIVE LABS has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures.

3.2 Authorised staff process personal data using the service providers needed to operate our website, account services and payments.

4. Right of access, removal and complaints

4.1 You can submit a request to view, receive, change or delete your personal data via the THE REGENERATIVE LABS Support Office. THE REGENERATIVE LABS will process your request and inform you within one month.

4.2 If you wish to object to (further) processing of your personal data as referred to in Article 2, you can also contact the Support Office.

4.3 If you have complaints about the way in which THE REGENERATIVE LABS processes your personal data or handles your requests, you can contact the data protection officer.
